Accredited college prep high school, La Salle College Preparatory in Pasadena, California, wanted to create for their faculty and staff a “Workplace of Choice” that centered around mobility and flexibility. In the last two years, it’s been nearly impossible to escape the phrase “in these unprecedented times” with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s repetitive, inaccurate, and has become annoying to many. More importantly, the novelty and disorientation of the initial wave has long since passed, replaced with an evolved understanding and acceptance of a new way of living and working.
